Return & Refund Policy — FUENTES FAF

At FUENTES FAF, customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide customers with a clear process for requesting returns and refunds.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and, where applicable, with its original packaging, accessories, and included materials.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items that are damaged, altered, used improperly, or returned without required components may not qualify for a refund.

Any product-specific return restrictions will be clearly stated on the applicable product page.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, customers should contact FUENTES FAF:

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email used for the order
  • Product being returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Customers should not send a return to the business address unless FUENTES FAF has provided return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For a return requested because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, FUENTES FAF will review the situation and may provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, refund, or return shipping assistance when applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, FUENTES FAF will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on the customer's bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been issued.

Partial Refunds

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the return requirements, FUENTES FAF may determine that the item is not eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

If an exchange is available for a particular product, customers should contact us before returning the item.
